We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How refunds are processed

EstimateVision is the seller and merchant of record for all purchases. Payments and refunds are processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@estimatevision.com and we will help arrange it. Please include the email address used at checkout and your order details so we can locate your purchase quickly.

After the 30-day period

After the 30-day window, you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops upcoming charges, and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
